Floating rehabilitation pool Tloskov

The town of Tloskov has a social care institution for which our company has expanded the rehabilitation environment with a floating pool. The dimensions of the pool are 2.95x1.95m, depth 1.5m. The water temperature is 36 degrees Celsius.

According to our own design, we supplied and installed the pool technology for the indoor floating pool, whose water treatment system is solved by one filtration circuit.  The core elements of the pool circulation system are a pressure filter with a multilayer filter cartridge, a circulating filter pump and a polypropylene storage tank. The individual functions of the pressure filter are controlled by an automatic BESGO valve. Clean and chemically safe water is ensured by a professional automatic dosing station, which continuously measures and evaluates the current quality parameters of the pool water and then doses chemicals as required. To achieve high quality pool water, a very effective disinfection in the form of an ozone generator is incorporated into the water treatment system. Pool heating is provided by an electric heat exchanger.

The supply of dilution water to the floating pool is concentrated in two storage tanks with PP. The first tank, filled with warm water with a volume of approx. 1.5 m³, serves as a salt solution tank, where the salt is dissolved to a salinity of 15-25% using a special stirrer. The brine will be pumped into the storage tank by means of a pump. A rainbow accumulation tank with a volume of approx. 4.5 m³ is used for the filtration circuit of the floating pool. The water level in the accumulation tank is electrically controlled by an ultrasonic sensor. The complete pool technology is controlled from the electrical switchboard and by a smart MaR device.

For these stainless steel pools and its pool attractions, G-Team INOX SERVIS s.r.o. supplied and installed the pool technology and piping, including wiring, metering and control. G-Team INOX SERVIS s.r.o. carried out the above for BERNDORF BÄDERBAU s.r.o. on the basis of the relevant work contract.
