Indoor Pool in Prague Radotín

In Prague's Radotín, a building with an indoor 25-meter stainless steel pool was built right on the premises of a local school, in the vicinity of a biotope swimming pool. As the location suggests, the pool will serve mainly for pupils of kindergartens and schools, but also for the rest of the public in the morning and afternoon and on weekends.

Indoor swimming pool, has dimensions of 25.0 x 12.2m with variable depth from 1.3m to 1.6m. There are 4 lanes reserved for fitness swimming in the pool. At the same time, the pool offers a separate relaxation area with attractions - water spouts, tubular massage benches, wall massage jets, foot massages, bottom pearl, massage bed and rocking bay.

Even the smallest visitors were thought of here and a stainless-steel circular paddling pool with a diameter of 4.5 m was created for them. Children will enjoy attractions such as a water slide with a bear design, a hippo, a bottom guinea fowl and a splashing hedgehog. 

In the adjacent part of the swimming pool, an ideal place for rest and relaxation was created thanks to the circular stainless steel whirlpool with a diameter of 4.5m. The air attractions of this massage pool are bottom beads, wall massage jets and massage benches.

All pools will be operated all year round. The pool water treatment system is divided into three filtration circuits (separate circuit for each pool). Each circuit includes a polypropylene buffer tank, circulation pumps, special horizontal pressure filters with a diameter of 1400 mm with a multi-layer filter charge and automatic dosing equipment for chemicals. The pool technology is located in the basement of the pool hall. Clean and chemically safe water is provided by automatic dosing stations that continuously measure and evaluate the current quality parameters of water in swimming pools and subsequently dose chemicals as needed. In order to save future operating costs, an activated carbon dosing system with the production of up to 1200g of coal per hour is included in each circuit. This device eliminates bound chlorine and promotes water disinfection. The dosing device dispenses activated powdered carbon using a dosing screw from the supplied keg to the suspensor, the suspension is dosed by a process water pump through an injector into the water circuit.  High dilution of powdered activated carbon to the conveying medium results in good mixing with water in the pipe. The finished suspension is then distributed to the circuit. A specific feature of the pool water treatment system is a unique device for the production of chlorine by electrolysis. During the process, not only sodium hypochlorite is produced, but also other powerful oxidizers are formed - chlorine dioxide and the ozone micro state. Together with the effectiveness of these substances, there is an exceptional efficiency of water treatment. A considerable advantage of using this modern and effective technology is its economy, where the starting material for the production of salt solution is ordinary table salt. The produced active chlorine is then distributed to individual recirculation circuits, saving the operator costs associated with its purchase and storage.

As another possibility of relaxation, there is also a steam bath or hot air wet bath, where the visitor's body does not heat up as sharply as in the sauna and where the humidity, thanks to the steam generator, reaches 100%. The user must be aware that the sweating phase occurs only after leaving the cabin. Subsequent rest on the couch is therefore necessary for the proper functioning of therapy.
